HOME VISITS
One person: £35
Two persons: £25 per person
Payment per session. First visit includes consultation and induction. Mats and equipment will be provided, and payments are made on each visit.

PILATES IN THE WORK PLACE
Group size from six and upwards: £10 per person
ONE TO ONE in the work place: £35 per session
Payment is made on the day.

First visit includes consultation and induction. Mats and equipment provided.

AVAILABILITY
Sessions can be held during lunch breaks, after work or at a suitable time during your day.

I am happy to discuss prices for a block of lessons.  At least 24 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a private lesson, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
